Are Superior Court case records public (trial dates, length, charges or claims) without names of involved?

Would it be difficult to obtain that information? Or is some type of warrant required to view this? I don’t mean as far as those involved, witnesses, evidence, outcome, etc, only basic details.

All court cases are public record but you can have them sealed however your name and charge will be there but the disposition will be sealed

As far as I’ve seen in the Northern Territory, cases are listed publicly on the Supreme/Magistrates Court’s respective websites. But all you can view is a summary of the case as dictated by the judge. This includes what happened, victim, suspect, important evidence and sometimes mentions some of the key witnesses. Cases are usually listed as R vs (Defendant’s Name) except in sensitive cases like sexual abuse. In those cases its listed as R vs (Defendants Initials).

    Hope that answered your question!
