		<description>As far as I&#039;ve seen in the Northern Territory, cases are listed publicly on the Supreme/Magistrates Court&#039;s respective websites. But all you can view is a summary of the case as dictated by the judge. This includes what happened, victim, suspect, important evidence and sometimes mentions some of the key witnesses. Cases are usually listed as R vs (Defendant&#039;s Name) except in sensitive cases like sexual abuse. In those cases its listed as R vs (Defendants Initials).
