If there was a court order on child custody and she violated that order (child abduction) then why she is not arrested yet? All you have to do is to make a one phone-call to police. This is the first question a judge is going to ask you: "After your child has not been returned to you on time as outlined in the child-custody court order, did you call the police?" I think you need to file a special request form in which you ask a judge if evidence can be present in court.
