Personally, I think that if you EVER get another violation, it should be shown, but that’s because I think America has too many loopholes in the law.

yes it will be on your record. and most accounts, there is usually a court date set, and if you dont go to court then you got a bench warrant.
You will only have a local police record for this violation. In order for it to be in the FBI database you have to have your fingerprints taken and submitted with the arrest record. This is generally true for your State criminal record as well. No fingerprints, no record.
