My boyfriend has a felony arrest for graffiti when he was in high school and has 2 yrs left of probation. Just graffiti, nothing horrific, so is there any possibility of that being waived?

  1. EMM says:

Yes, if there was no conviction and your exonerated there will be no arrest record.

1 – Are you sure it was a felony arrest and not a misdemeanor?
2 – If he was young generally you will be able to get that expunged in certain states
3 – You will have to consult a felony lawyer, but generally if you apply to the armed forces they will tell you of any complications
