    Yes. Also if you were found not guilty of the crime you where charged. So much for "not guilty unless proven otherwise." Not in America!

    No a criminal background check will only look for criminal convictions, the charge was dropped therefore there was no conviction and there will be no charges displayed.

    Yes. It will. Arrest records and conviction records are separate and arrest records, although cannot be used to impeach your credibility in court as criminal convictions can, if you don’t want it to show up at all, you need to formally get it removed from the public accessible records data base. You need to get a lawyer and have that expunged if you don’t want it to show up.

    On a level 4 background check, yes.

    Worked in casinos and nuclear plants. All arrests even for misdemeanors will show up. Even municipal traffic tickets ( speeding, failure to stop, failure to wear a seat belt) will show up.

    level 1 or 2 just convictions will show.
