do minors court records show up on background checks?

because I got a Subpoena in the mail in august but i was not convicted of anything im just on informal probation.

will that show up on a background check?

    no..that is sealed when you turn 18. unless you were tried as an adult..

    if your still a minor, no, but when yu become a legal adult (18 years of age) yes it will show, but its nothing serious, no convictions

    It depends on whether you were adjudicated in an adult court. If you have only gone to juvenile court, then no it will not show up on a background check run by a private company.

    Keep in mind, it does not matter when you were arrested, either juvenile or adult, the police will always be able to view that information in their system.
