It depends on the court.
You can go in person and do research, but most courthouse records in MS are not on line.
The only way to review Court records online (free of charge), the Court first needs to be online. Not all Courts have online access. IF the Court has a website, they may have only limited information, like the persons name and case number. If that is the only think listed and you are NOT near that particular Courthouse, then you would be required to pay a COPY fee for the file. As always, if you visit ANY Court in the USA, Court files are open to the public to review, FREE OF CHARGE!
You might want to start at the Supreme Courts Website in Mississippi. They usually have all Courts listed (in Mississippi) at there website.
