The county keeps these records not the Supreme court.
Go the the clerk of the court and fill out a requisition for the file. Be prepared with government-issued photo ID, because matrimonial files are always under a confidentiality seal and nobody gets the file unless authorized by a party to the suit, the attorneys of record in the suit, or by court order.
You will need to go to the court where it was filed to request a copy of the decree.
In addition to what cybersharque said, which is 100% accurate, bring LOTS of quarters in a bag or in rolls. Courts will let you see the file but won’t make a copy for you. They’ll have maybe a couple of crappy coin operated copiers and expect you to make a copy yourself. And no, they won’t let you take the original papers out of the courthouse.
Also if there was any decision made or testimony taken at a live hearing, the transcripts are kept separately. You will need your case’s index number as well as the date and time of the proceeding. Take that info up to the court reporters’ office and they’ll tell you who the reporter was who transcribed your case. From there it’s up to you to call that person and ask how much it’ll cost for a set of transcripts.
