Go to your local county courthouse where you and this other person live.

They have all the documents there.

It is public record, but you have to get up off your butt and go to the courthouse and research it, else pay the fee for having someone else do the work and make it available online.

You can’t. Background checks must be done so by acessing particular data bases and the data bases will require a small fee to do so. There are many co. that will do the search in full, ie. background, vital records, adress and phone ect…. Or make friends with a cop…

You can request a copy of your criminal record from your local police dept. but in order to find somebody else criminal record for free, its a different story. Usually, court cases basic information is available as a public record but you will not be able to find all the information about this other person.

  11. mrmiketattoo says:

the freedom of information act allows you access to public records, whoever it is up to the court house on whether or not there is a fee for the copies
