I hope I am correct, but there is a site called publicoffenders.com. You can type in the person’s name and it should pull up their arrest record. At least I can do that here in North Carolina.

Contact the court in the county where the offense occurred. Criminal cases are public record, but each court has its own rules on how/when files can be viewed and/or how to obtain copies.

I used to travel around Texas doing backgrounds in different Counties and found that their is a huge difference in procedure in each jurisdiction. The only consistent element is that felony records are kept in the District Clerk’s Office. There is an centralized location where these records are housed. Once you establish this you can call and see if they have a website that allows searches (a few do), if not ask if someone can look it up for you. You will need his full name and identifiers. Sometimes they will happily comply with your request.
In other jurisdictions they want money just for the search, and then again for any copies. They will look the info up, tell you they have it and how much it costs with copies. You then mail a letter and check and they send you the information.
The easiest way, if you have transportation is to go in person. Some court houses have public access computers, so you can do you search right there, take notes and leave. They will charge only if you want copies. If not you go to a clerk and they help you get the information you need. Remember that in some states they keep Misdemeanor records in a separate office, so be sure and check with the clerk on that issue, as a DUI, or some other charge could be there. Good luck to you.
