		<description>The judgments will age off in 7 years or your state&#039;s limit on judgments, which ever is the longest.   They should be noted as discharged in your bankruptcy, but that does not get them removed.</description>

The bureaus should note the judgment as &quot;Judgment in Bankruptcy&quot;.  But it will not be removed -- it will remain on your credit report for 7 years from date of entry.</description>
