I need to find court records………?

There is a guy I know that lost his liscence a long time ago indefinitely. He still drove up until he got caught after driving for 20+ years illegally. When he went to court, he wa scharged with driving on a revoked liscence and given a class 4 felony. He had been on 91+ years probation. So, I wanted to find out what he originally did to deserve losing his liscence in the first place. Are court records for these things public? Either way, what can I do to find out?

Court records are public. You can get a copy at the county court house where the decision was made.

In most cases, court records are public record. If you know which county the original case was heard in, they will have them on file.

Those records are public. You can get them at the courthouse for the county that the case was in, or in some states they have them available in short form on the internet. For my state, it’s called CaseNet.
