I was arrestd at my job for burglary 459 pc for $30 but didnt go to court or got convicted. is it on my record?

went to see a district attorney and was on a contract for 50 hours commnity service and do good in school. i completed it.
i was 16 at the time and now 17. i want to apply for a new job. what should i put on the application? that i never worked before? if so, would they find out thru my social

    Probably not if in fact you did the Comm. Serv. and it was properly/officially recorded.
    The arrest may still be on record.
    Get with the DA or a lawyer and find these things out.
    Arrest no conviction ever shows up you could have a problem
    with a job. You want both completely gone. Zap! Nothing anywhere.
