i would wait a few days after the divorce is final and check on it

  4. Whistle M says:

filed and done probably a week or so unless the judge needs more time b/c it is unclear on a few issues !

  5. Arthur W says:

not sure if youre looking for it to appear as filed or when its officially over. Here in Florida, divorce filings are a few months behind reaching newspapers. Now for a final divorce to become official and public record, it could take months and usually becomes public record within 30 days after your final court appearance and the Judge says its over. Non contested divorces are the shortest while contested divorces could take some time. Hope this helps
