i went to court and i am 15 years old. i was charged wit resistin arrest and disorderly conduct. if i take it to court and lose will my record me sealed? if i win will my record be sealed? they said that i could take 60 days probation and have a sealed record or go to court. i dont no wat to choose. i dont want to go to court and i lose and my case wont be sealed. but i dont want probabtion. i also want to fight. i dont want to take the chance and take probation when i could have won the case and have no probation and no parole. help mee!! i need and answer by the 30th of november!!

No matter what the outcome of the court case when you turn 18 your juvenile record gets closed and sealed. the only people that are ever able to open it is the federal government and they usually only do that if they are doing a background check. I would not let that bother you too much. What happens as a juvenile, stays sealed.
