    No it does not show up. Yet even though is has been dismissed, they can have the case open for 3 years in-case something happens again. So just make sure the incident or similar does not occur because they can nab you then.

    If you are arrested then your legal record will show that arrest, even if the charges are later dismissed. It will show that the charges are dismissed.

    Job applications frequently deal with this by how they phrase the questions that they ask. The questions may ask "have you ever been convicted of an offense more serious than minor traffic charges" which, of course, you can answer no. Sometimes the questions ask if you have ever been arrested, but most are framed in the "conviction" mode.

    you do not have a record if it was dismissed however, if you ever fill out an application for employment you should answer the question yes and note it was dismissed. you need not give a reason.
    The arrest will follow you for the rest of your life !!

    i dont think so, i would like to think it doesn’t, if you’ve been to trail for rape but pr oven innocent, it could still help you lose an opportunity. there must be a system to protect the innocent
