You are a child living with your parents?

    This will not effect you.

If you were an actual renter you were evicted as well and would have the eviction on your credit report for 10 years.

If the you or the other renters are 18+ years old, and if the landlord has your info(name, dob, social sec number, job info, etc.), whether you are on the lease or NOT you can be subject to receiving the eviction on your credit, and/or wage garnishments.

I would get a paralegal to assist you. There is a chance the eviction wasn’t served properly, a lot of times they aren’t. This is your first and best hope of keeping your record clean…

If you are a legal adult and listed on the lease, yes, an eviction can go on your record.

You can also be sued for any rent owed, damages, court and attorney fees due to being evicted.
