You have to look at public records for the county in question. Not all counties offer the service. The public records are usually located in an online search at the clerk's website. For example, you would just type in google "Broward County Clerk" to get to the clerk's website, then search the website for online record searches (court case searches).

yes. If you go to http://www.flcourts.org/, that is the Florida Supreme Court site. On the side of the site, there is a link to District Courts (appellate courts), Circuit Courts (divorces, felonies and civil cases over $15,000 as well as injunctions and condo assn cases) and county courts (misdemeanors and suits for less than $15,000). You first need to know what county the suit might be in. When you link on the sites, it will bring you to the individual court sites. Some, for instance, Dade, are better than others. Indian River County, for instance, only lists publicly recorded docs and doesn't have much on line for pending cases. What are you looking for? I am a lawyer in Florida and can probably direct you to the right site if you let me know what you want.

Court records are not a function of the state. You need to go to the county in question. Some counties have them on line and some do not. There are 67 counties in Florida and we don't have a clue which one you are interested in.
