Tried a lot of online searching and found a bunch of seedy sounding sites which mostly referred me to the SAME for pay sites which I presume are equally seedy after reading reviews(mostly negative) of their sites and services(incorrect/insufficient information supplied) and am leery of the $(9.95 one time look up/$19.99 yearly specials).
I am prepared to pay a reasonable amount for the supplied services since many of the records could go back a bit.
NOTE:I AM NOT DOING A FAMILY TREE SEARCH and am not interested it tracing my family back to pre biblical times so please do not respond with suggestions directing me to these sites!
I know that I come across as being overly picky-it is just that I would like to do a productive search and not waste any more of my time surfing for a reputable site service provider.
Thanks for responding-Tony Z III (me) ;-}
To clarify what I am looking for:
1 The date of my fathers death
2 The date of my mothers death
3 The locations of any of my still living relatives

I am NOT looking to do a genealogy search!
Is it too much to ask that all answers be from users that have successfully used the service that they are referring and had successful and accurate results.

I hope that I have finally made it clear as to what I am looking for!!!!!
If all you are hoping to do is rate a measly few points to up your Yahoo level with any extraneous answer then please do not reply!

Why are there no secular historians who record the resurrection of many dead people following Jesus’ death?

Matthew 27:51-53 “At that moment (Jesus’ death) the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and **appeared to many people**.”

Why would these resurrected-righteous who “appeared to many people” following Jesus’ death **even bother** looking for Pilate, Herod, Caiaphas or any other unbeliever?

Is it because secular historians would have dismissed those “appearances”, just as they dismiss Jesus’ resurrection then as now?

Is it because if you reject God’s Law & the Prophets, you won’t believe, even if you see someone raised from the dead?

Any websites to find free death, birth, vital, etc. records on in Colorado…?

I was recently searching a few of my relative that I haven’t seen in a about 5 years now, and I found my cousin’s name…one of the results says he was desceased. I searched his name, and every site I try it on will show some results, but then they’ll show that you have to pay to search. Does anyone know a free website with no registration I can find records on?

Thanks.

How can I find his death record?

I was looking for my biological father on a people search site, as I was looking the site said that he died this year..:( but I looked on other people search sites, and I had seen no such thing posted. And when I wanted to look up death records, I kept getting "free" search sites that wanted me to pay. I just want to know the truth. I am not in contact with him or his other children, but wanted to start. How can I find out the truth?

After decades of record profits, war, prisons, car deaths and oil can we give the left a chance?

Maybe try a little
public transit, gun control, green energy or affordable housing?
What’s the good side of all the fear, injury, highway death and poverty, anyway?

how can i find a copy of my moms death certificate and my dads arrest records to prove I was on orphan for fin?

My mom passed away when i was 16 years old. My dad had been in and out of prison my whole life and was in prison at the time of my moms death. I continue to have no contact with or help from him. I was not made a ward of the court nor was i given a legal guardian. Therefor i have to file an appeal for dependent status with financial aid and provide an arrest record for my dad and a death certificate for my mother.

If someone has a "death record" on archives.com, does that necessarily mean they’re dead?

This morning, as I have many times before, I did a search for my old 7th grade history teacher from 14 years ago (96-97), only to be redirected to a page demanding my Credit Card Number which I shall not give! They promised a "free trial," but I didn’t even attempt to proceed because I’m afraid it might not be as "free" as they say it is. But still, I kept searching for records on Ron Kolodzy (as well as Ronald J. Kolodzy and other forms of his name), and it kept telling me the same thing — that he has 1 birth, 1 marriage, 1 divorce, and 1 death record that cannot be accessed without membership to archives.com. So is there any possibility that this is a mistake or something standard they use to try to hook you? I’ve tried doing similar searches with other names but didn’t find any records in that box. So could you please tell me if it is possible that 53-year-old Ron Kolodzy in Texas, born on April 29th of 1957, is still alive? Is there any hope that he isn’t really dead? And what can I do to find out more information about him if he really is? How do I find-out when he died, what from, and where he’s burried if it turns out to be true that he has passed away?
