should i record my step daughter if it will help in court?
I have posted questions about this before so you might remember me, me and my fiancée are going to court in Sacramento, ca for reduced child support full legal custody and joint physical. We have saved all receipts, document pick ups and drop off. We have record phone conversation with the mother, when she is talking crazy about us and not telling us see Briana, and we have saved texts of her calling us liars and snitches for talking her to court. We have save myspace messages and emails. Statements of from her friends about the things she was saying and doing in front of the baby. We also have pictures from her public photo bucket and myspace. But the child who is 4 is telling us things like, my mommy said girls and kiss girls or boys,
And she tells us about how her mommy friends that are 2 women kiss and touch each other, and she tells us about her mom and other guys. When we bring this to her mom she says she is grown and so is her friends and they can do whatever they want. More recently she has been saying what her mom is going to do to me when she see me and how she is going to get people to beat me up, which is true because the mom left that on my voice mail.
I really want to judge to hear what the baby is saying, I don’t know if I should record the child or not???

You should record the child. It would be very good evidence. I don’t see why not.

record the kid saying it because this could save the childs life.

Deffinitely record it. It can’t hurt. She shouldn’t be putting your poor little girl through something like that… a fight between adults should NEVER be taken out on the children. It only causes harm. Good luck with your court case.

no harm in trying.
