What happens when your court and custody records disappear from the courts ? wher did they go? howtofind them?

My Lawyer can find no record of my divorce or custody papers over our son. Our child has been alienated frm me for 10 yrs and is 15 yrs now. We have yet to see him. Hub. moved over 27 times in this time but recently resurfaced at his moms where i quickly had a judge restraining him from ever moving the child again. Hub’s mom is a legal asst. in same court system . Now all records are missing. what now? Harris co. tx.

And I am female.
And my son has been missing for 10 yrs. we just found him and cps says my hx husband has more than 8 reports on him over the years.
Really Read before you answer MY son is not a pawn with anyone but the X husband. NEVER has been.

It does not appear to me that either you or your ex-wife are fighting for the sake of Hud.

Please try finding some settlements without using Hud as a pawn
