the website just says "age 13 or younger" i need to know the nature of what he did. i don’t need to know the victim’s name. please this is important.
i DID look up the sex offender registry. like I said, it doesn’t give specifics. not that i really want to know them, it’s something i have to find out. all the registry says is the type of crime and "victim under 13". aren’t arrest records public record?

You should be able to google sex offender registry then put your state. You should be able to find a registry in the state you live in. If not, I’m sure the police or sheriff’s department should be able to provide you with the information you are looking for.
Not sure what website your referring to but you can check the website provided by the U.S. Department of Justice – National Sex Offender Registry. Most States and Counties have their own sex offender registries that you can also search for information.
Since you know the subjects name you can search for local court records regarding the crime. The available information will be up to your local courthouse on what type of records they make available online.
