I had to declare bankruptcy a little over two years ago and am totally trying to get my credit back in order. I keep trying to get credit cards or any lines of credit for that matter, but to no avail. I am now trying to rent an apartment on my own after living with my parents since the bankruptcy happened, but I am afraid that they will see me as a risk. So my big plan is to see my court records to get all the information I can so I can maybe plead my case. Does anyone know where I can turn to get a copy of these records?
