A report, even naming you as an offender, has never been on our "record", also called a rap sheet. Only arrests and what happens to the case shows up.
Is there a record somewhere with you name on it? sure. All reports are kept for a certain length of time. Not something anyone outside of law enforcement can access and not anything any within law enforcement will access unless they are trying to build a case or search for someone.
